We become involved in the earliest stages of transactions, advising our clients on a variety of matters pertaining to their interest in a particular business opportunity and the negotiation of deal terms. We negotiate and draft letters of intent leading to final, definitive agreements. We counsel our clients on the formation of suitable vehicles for conducting their business affairs, and we assisted clients in dissolving and walking away from business arrangements when necessary.
