We deploy growth capital to strategic investments with the intention of also adding our expertise in law, finance, and strategy to companies with strong management. We look for ways to partner with owners to grow businesses. We are currently searching for businesses in the four sectors of medical billing, non-urgent medical transport, collections and legal services, and are also open to other opportunities.  

 

Our preference is for businesses in close proximity to New York City, particularly in Monsey, NY, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
