In 1995, Michael began his own firm specializing in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy, representing primarily small businesses, not-for-profit entities and individuals. Thereafter, the firm began handling a variety of transactional matters, including the purchase and sale of small businesses, joint ventures, licensing, and other agreements.
Michael Schneider received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from Yale University. After graduating law school, Michael trained in bankruptcy and litigation at premier New York City law firms, including Weil Gotshal & Manges and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Shoshanna Schneider received her J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law in 1990, where she was an Associate Editor of the Law Review as well as a David Berg Fellow. Following her graduation, Shoshanna practiced law at Hahn & Hessen LLP in New York City and subsequently with the Law Office of Michael Schneider.
